Well i see they still have to do due diligence yet , But you gotta ask the question would you sink 50 mill into a company that has been producing for 6 years , stating anywhere between 40 000 oz to 300 000 oz production yet only in there best year producing around 20 000 and about 10 000 for the last couple of years. Every year losing money hand over fist and never not even for one quarter have they ever made a profit. I know my answer. 20 % of Cto for 50 mill what a joke , You could almost buy outright a decent goldie making good dollars for that .
