they put out a good announcement and you guys do your level best to find a way to put a negative spin on it..
incidentally, the best you could come up with was that 'they still have 4 weeks of due diligence'? ...clutching at straws? it's like you're hoping they're going to fail so you can keep on saying 'i told ya so'
i'm sure that once the due diligence is up you guys will come up with more to complain about
you're too sour to be objective about this...
