I'm a little confused by their A-Double statement, as these are not permitted in Victoria (Classed as 2 or 3 trailer road trains). There is some restricted roads up north of the state only.
We do have an approved route from Melb to Nagambie for Quad-Quad B-Doubles, but these have a total gross weight limit of 77.5t. (You wont get a 60t payload from these....)
Might drop Mike a note and ask, as they may be speaking to VicRoads.
