Very good point. The ASF announcement talks about prospective thermal coal tenements, they clearly thought there was enough promise in the long list to purchase.
$500k in the bank plus $450k of annual savings is not a lot of money. Either our management does not consider the sold tenements are any worth or they are seriously concerned about cashflow and their ability to raise capital from the current asset base.
