    The raw cost was $115m

    But there is significant value in
    - elimination of construction risk
    - elimination of connection/commissioning risks
    - establishment of government guaranteed revenue stream (which could be securitised ignorance necessary)

    Anyone replicating our farm has to do all of the above, and that costs money and time.
