I think this is a kick in the guts if my understanding is correct...
Conversion price at 50% discount to the CR price upon relisting plus 12%.
So how many shares on issue will there be if and when these notes are converted?? 1.5-2Bn assuming a CR is done at 0.1c???
Hope I'm WAY off the mark. Has anyone else had a think of the impact of this?
