    Would be nice to know who is funding this. Would give us a clue as to whether they decided to dump on recompliance or they are a long term investor looking for an easy leg up before everyone else pays up for a cap raise. One would think who ever has stumped up the cash has a fair idea of what lies ahead. Hopefully see some news early next year.
