From the latest CR announcement

"the Company is intending to offer eligible shareholders the opportunity to participate in a Share Purchase Plan (“SPP”) to raise up to a further $5 million, at the same price as the Placement".

I can't understand why its so hard to understand what has been stated in this announcement. Oh yes if CR had been at 60 cents or better and SPP had no scale back provision, we might have come close to being fully funded. The faithful holders would have been fairly treated instead of unfairly diluted.
There is limited risk with GCY's potential nowadays and those wanting to get on board at such a late stage deserve to pay a premium not a discount.
