point 6 of a cent above a 12 month low is the reward
2.7 cents...WT actual F ??
the "buyers" want them cheap too, like 4 million at 0.001 of a cent, and another 10 million at 1.7c or lower, without those bids, there's actually around 2.3 million shares wanted in the whole wide world :-(
