re: Ann: $58m Funding to Completion of Feasib... One can see issues with the current CR for NTU but the key point is that someone has enough confidence in the project to purchase a combination of project equity + rights underwriting to raise $58 million which will take the company to BFS.
If this did not happen a shareholder would have somewhat greater equity in a project going nowhere as funds dried up. As I noted some time ago not many REE plays have the ability to attract capital that brings the project to the BFS level.
When NTU brings this project to fruition the gains will outweigh the equity dilution.
