re: Ann: $58m Funding to Completion of Feasib... This discussion sounds a little like a debate around whether to get on a lifeboat as the ship takes on water or stay on board and hope that the ship doesn't sink.
NTU need funding and they need it now. They cannot operate by going back to shareholders and the market for $5 million transfusions almost certainly at lower and lower prices.
NTU have been offered a "get out jail card" with an integrated offer from Yue. You cannot pick and choose the best parts.
Get real - he is the only game in town and now he has the same motivation as the other shareholders - to make this project successful.
If you do not like it sell or tell NTU where to get the money.
