no info fron NTU to say that CY hasn't cherry picked his 36%, i.e. 50% Dy/20% Y.

We need the fine print because it looks to me like Conglin wrote this whole deal and the board just folded and agreed to whatever he wanted. I think even I might get stunned by what Conglin has pulled out of this deal. As someone else said this may have been the real reason why Dudley quit.
