Yesterday's share in NTU would appear to own a lot less of NTU today, CY's 16% is free carried from this point, no further contribution to development and they've lost control of 36% of production - opportunity to negotiate downstream value add aka Lynas/Siemens JV on that Dy.

Would be looking very closely at exactly what that deal entitles CY to, 36% spread across the suite or do they get to cherry pick i.e. Dy/Tb.
