I have a very strong issue with offering shares to new members of staff. Shares could be offered after 2years employment and after review of certain metrics ,performance based as a reward ie a bonus.Perform and you will be rewarded under achieve ...show them the door .TOO many directors are asleep at the wheel and contribute zilch .glah
