what puzzles me is that the market forgets that Russia is a major PGMs producer and that the western alliance is not very friendly with Russia these days.
Also few other countries who a large PGM producers are close friends with Russia and may not play nice in the future.
Meaning any PGM deposit in a friendly country should carry premium value.. matter of fact it should carry ultra premium value. But POD is trading as if Parks Reef is in the middle of Russia.
I am puzzled.
