    Compounding the negativity is uncertainty about the outlook for PGMs. Many think EVs will replace ICE vehicles in the next 10 years. But this overlooks the massive shortage of EV grade battery metals. Hydrogen will take up the slack in the end. PGMs are needed for clean air. Add in the Russian factor.
