Thanks for pointing that out ... I hadn't read the report front to back when I posted earlier.

I was given that information 6 weeks ago by an insider who would definitely know. However, it's certainly possible that plans could have evolved since then, but that's what was said at the time. Given the recent push to procure government funding for a portion of the project, it's entirely possible they have realised that lobbying will take time. If successful, government funding would clearly offer further enhancements which would need to be reflected in the BFS.

Either way, any further improvements to the economics of the project are worth waiting for IMHO.
