Are the board out of their mind? Base salary of $500,000 with a bonus of 80% .. so another $400,000 + $1,000,000 in equity PLUS 400,000 stock bonus valued at 1,5 times the 10 day average.
Am I missing something here? She better be the spawn of Elon Musk to be on a 2.5m + package with her CV.
Secondly, how does 5EA even fund that wage when it's not even creating any revenue at this stage? Absolutely ridiculous gamble. Can easily see them asking for more capital soon from issuing more stock thus further diluting our capital.
Been an investor for 3 years and can't believe the share price is basically back to when I bought into.
