If people choose to read something sinister into the resignation, then go ahead. There may be more to it, but its just conjecture. not supported by any facts. People join and leave Boards regularly.

Statement goes on to say "Ms. Mishic O’Brien’s decision to resign from the Board was not related to any disagreements with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices or any issues regarding financial disclosures, accounting or legal matters."
