Shareholdes need to vote no to this request for additional shares.
IMO Henry was terrible for the company and his leadership for listing in the US.
The company also needs to clarify to shaeholders ans ASIC how the board approved $37.7 of non-cash stock-based compensation to Blue Horizon Advisors LLC, BHA, for the Nasdaq listing - refer to pages 93 and 94 of the annual report.
