I don't know if they know, because this appears to be an unprecedented scale of long distance molten sulfur highway transport.

Acc. to Statista total US consumption of sulfur was 9.8 mio metric tonnes in 2022.
Of these most was consumed by fertilizer production, and only about 10% or 1 mio tonnes/year for metallurgy.
If INR plans to truck 500 K/year, that is half of what all other miners consume combined, and many, if not most of them, like 5EA, have rail access. I think reasonable government planning would rebuild a North/South railroad in Nevada first, which then could serve other projects, as in the Clayton Valley as well.
