Rubberman i fully get your frustration and dont blame anyone for thinking the worst. What the standstill does is temporarily waive the $10million covenant clause with the convertible note holder.so they are not in breach of stated conditions. (Bluescape.) I am still confident before December 3 we will have the EPA and funding solutions moving forward. They havent asked for a long extension just a couple of weeks which would suggest they have some options on funding imminent.
Nothing has changed with whats in the ground and Boron resources are hard to find. If my thoughts are proven to be incorrect im happy to bow to the naysayers .One way or another all should be revealed in the next 3 weeks. Believe me the company is not sitting idle.
