No such thing as non-dilutive equity...just varying degrees of dilution. If they funded the pilot facility from new equity last year that would have been relatively non-dilutive.
Now they have to get out of a $60m con note and provide significant funds on top for working capital to progess the project.
If the market cap is like $80m AUD right now and they need $100m of equity...there's your 100% dilution.
