I view it like an open inspection when you are buying a house. Very few people are going to shell out a huge amount of money without having a look through the place and doing a building inspection. You want to know what you are getting for your money.
I suspect signing an off-take agreement would be the same. Time consuming, but necessary.
It would also be nice for the Company to have a win (successfully producing boron) and regain some credibility after the complete balls-up in building this SSBF.
I view it like an open inspection when you are buying a house....
