I Susan Brennan may have a different objective.
She went into the RomeoPower position when the company had tanked from $40 to $5 and her objective was to stablise and sell the company. It seems Ms Brennan successfully packaged the company and sold it to Nikola.
Now 5e has tanked and maybe she has been tasked by the board to package and sell the asset as it has all the groundwork completed and would be attractive to a company like Rio who’s US Borax mine is close to end of life
