This is from WCG operational updates. whether 5GN uses $42M as goodwill is just for their account purposes. They will get their payments back as 5GN holds 44% of WCG shares. 5GN marketcap $113M - $42M = $71M whilst they generating positive cashflow and 1x their annual revenue.
