I was perhaps a bit conservative on their capacity for acquisitions.
$10m in the bank (assume some working capital) + $7m debt facility + ~30% scrip component is more like $20m of acquisition capacity.
With historical 4x EBITDA multiple post synergies they can acquire c.$5m of EBITDA with current funding capacity.
That would get them over the $10m EBITDA level, approaching $11m-$12m of EBITDA run-rate.
Comes down to the timing of these acquisitions but if you think they can pull it off then it looks cheap.
