Share holding in WCG $48m
Loan to WCG $41m
Cash Flow Positive with a dividend paid last two years (1c per share)
Current MC is $136m
So the current market cap outside of (Cash at Bank, WCG Share holding and Loan) is $39 million? Half Yearly EBITDA was $6.2 million to Dec 2020 so an annualized EBITDA with no growth attributed for the second half would be in total $12.4 million for the 2021 financial year, huh............
I've bought in today with 75% of my purchase amount and will look to buy again closer to End of Financial Year sales,
