No mention of tax liability when the company announced 25c per share cash backing and $5m profitability moving forwards with the streamlined business 3 months ago. I thought it would be offset by accumulated losses but that does not appear to be the case as it stands.
Maybe Boutique Capital knew more than the average punter and were selling out on misleading numbers provided.
