With the POG falling its most likely the Pros’s and Soph’s from the last cap raise cutting their losses that has kept the SP suppressed. Or is something more sinister at play?
NST could be using their 15mill shares to work the market at these low volumes without anyone paying too much attention. If they are going to end up buying NXM out sacrificing 5% for now at a loss to save in the long run makes sense. Even if they can keep the price down to 80c instead of $1 at the end of the day that is a $60m+ saving by sacrificing a couple of million dollars.
I’m new to all this but sometimes a new perspective isn’t a bad thing.
Is it possible to see what NST has sold over the last twelve months or is the fact that they are below the 5% threshold mean this data is not accessible?
I could be way off with my speculation but who keeps dumping 100k here and there every time the SP looks like moving?
Confusing stock this one but with fundamentals like these I can see a big payday down the track. GLTA
