Not sure I understand why it is so good.
Sold 200 million @2c that would have been the $4million out of $5. They have given 10% plus quarterly payment in arrears - Probably don't need the $5 million if they could have raised equity of $4 million.
They then also have to 1% raising fee so an extra $50K.. 5% early redemption fee.. General security over the assets...
Another deal that only goes to secure management rather than benefit shareholders in my opinion. I would like some of the convertible notes please.
Another lazy deal from lazy management in my opinion. What did we pay BUMVIOR Corporate advisor - I had to laugh at that name - appropriate...
