To ink the deal, KBC and Glennon Small Companies must be confident that Vali-3 and Vali-2 are performing well and capable to paying the interest bill if the debt is fully drawn down this year. Let's see if MEL's SP can make it above the option exercise price of 2.5cents this year as well.
