I am punting that there will be enough SP kicker news before the placement closes to ensure that it is fully subscribed. (DR does't have to worry about his options - the sophs will see to that.)
If the SP can't climb enough to attract holders into this CR it will the dumbest ever perpetrated on shareholders and the company will be signalling that it is in deep, deep poo.]
