Why you are referring to the Chinese? They have nothing to do with Tribeca, and the one Chinese shareholder is a legacy remnant from before the company was a shell and the Canadian project vended into it. They are a minority shareholder with ZERO influence.
As for your comparison with HRR (which I've followed since Tri Origin days), don't be silly. Completely different projects in terms of scope, and therefore capex and cashflow. SUP project is extreme grade and a low capex simply metallurgy operation with high short term cashflow and quick payback. HRR's Woodlawn on the other hand is a highly complex metallurgical nightmare.
