If you were to look at every single small cap company and importantly each MC conpany, they all raise funds once a year. And SOPHS are more then happy to throw money at them. Don’t understand why people are shocked by this. At least they are raising for good cause and not just to sit it in the bank or pay directors holidays or rent like most. It’s done now, out of the way for another 12 months. Also if people really cared use your voting right next AGM to vote no... easier to whinge online I guess
