Very unlikely they will have 3-4 shipments done by Sep 21.
If their first one will be done by July, there is no way they would even get a second ship out in two months on a 125k run rate. They won't have ramped up to 250k by then either.
I'm all for positive thinking and believe there is good in store here, there needs to be some hurdles jumped before we can jump the gun on PE.
