Would not matter if the sp did drop below the placement price as any trading is likely to be small numbers. It is unlikely that there will be a large number of genuine sellers. There may be some its going to be small time manipulation in an attempt to pick up cheap stock. The party is just about to start and if all goes to plan its going to be a good one.
