Note that tranche 2 covers about ~65% of the deal and won’t be allotted until after the EGM. The EGM will be well and truly after next assays from the first batch of 250m holes down dip and along strike from 100+ gram x metre hits. Most of the raise won’t hit accounts until the end of next month. There will still be staggers from tranche 1 but limited volume and more easily absorbed. Think of it like a 2 month escrow of over half the raise.
