Re the "SOI" would have been wise to do a 50:1 share consolidation to get more liquidity in share trading , as at 40 cents can trade in half cent increments or roughly 1% changes in value where as now the share trades are at about 10% changes in value they should also have done a buy back of unmarketable parcels from shareholders holding less than $500.00 would reduce the cost of administration of all those small share holders IMHO .
Also would be nice when they do a placement to have any options and shares escrowed from being traded by those holders for 6 months to reduce the temptation for them to make stag profits which is to the detriment of the smaller loyal shareholders .
