AVZ could be a game changer for Yibin and COMPETITION TO tier 1 downstream processors if sufficient power supply to support a hydroxide plant at Manono.
They could undercut the market considerably... not good for WA producers or the likes of Gangfeng.
Will the oligopoly of downstream processors allow it ?
Could be a bid for AVZ if sufficient power source obtained in DRC
