If this was the case that a DSO was a strong possibility why is the SP at all time lows?
There are hardly any buy orders and you can see no one wants to buy on market as the are afraid of a CR and I am too. All my small caps I'm invested in are constantly putting their hands out and no one is stumping up the cash for it.
Really hope a DSO can be done without a CR but the market doesn't seem to think so.
