hmmm...not sure what the implications of not accepting the offer are. I mean, if your end result is the same i.e. the company is taken off the market at 55c (which seems to be a foregone conclusion with the latest update), you are getting screwed regardless. Might as well take 55c on market now if that's not going to change.
