I can tell you that Canadian acquisitor's look specifically for the Arbitrage opportunities DEG currently presents such as the following; a) In US terms our resources in the ground are currently valued around (35 US/oz) - half North American values. 2) Take over targets exhibit a trend of Strategic investments from multiple companies - speaks more toward future upside or control - commanding increasing premiums in financings 3) Are in transition from a Exploration to Exploration and Production - re-rating of reserves to higher value.

I have no doubt that DEG wouldn't exist by now in Canada and I now see smart people like DGO popping up out of nowhere. I think things are about to get very interesting no matter what happens. Try to enjoy it - we are only spectators.
