LEX have handled cap raises much more effectively than most explorers. I am OK with retail not getting any allocation, because the usual pattern is the SP goes below the raise price when this occurs, then few actual take up the offer and it is an expensive execise.
LEX have received premiums on SP in these cap raises in the past. I think 16c reflects how difficult cap erasing is in this environment.
