Everyone better take up their offer or Todd and OCJ's total % of share ownership will increase substantially.
Their position will also be improved by the Buy Back of unmarketable shares by reducing the overall pool of minority shareholder's shares.
A nice double whammy to get Todd and OCJ more while only putting up a small amount of money themselves.
They get a lot of cheap shares in this scenario, hence why the current entitlement offer is at such a big discount.
