It's business disaster management 101, rebranding. The idea being the name Altura may have negative connotations in the industry and going forward the name should be different. Sure some will make the connection but some will not. I think it's fair because if the company has new management and strategy etc, thru deserve a fair start over. Let us see if they can do it better this time.
