It appears they are selling the family silver...though it's an interesting deal to digest.....the success of the deal is reliant on both companies to perform....a rising SP for TNR is a bonus for DAU and it's CN deal.....if they can sell the stock at say, 2c, it provides extra exploration money....and don't forget the oppies.....
If DAU can prove the project, then the claw back could provide a 7 bagger....
A little effort will reward both stocks
I have followed TNR since the Cascade days and do feel it's a shame they let it go, but the market may take a different view. I do think however that both stocks will react in unison
