OK. I've done a bit of digging and joined up a few dots.
Two people in the Talent 10 line up, who are now our fellow shareholders, are of interest.
1. Sipho Nkosi has left Exxaro and is currently the Chairman of Sasol. https://www.sasol.com/who-we-are/leadership
2. Dr Humphrey Mathe is listed as the sole director of Phefo Power. https://b2bhint.com/en/company/za/phefo-power--M2009021026
If you go back and look at the Notice of Initial Substantial Shareholder for Phefo Power in December 16 2022, it was signed by Mbendeni Humphrey Mathe.
So Talent 10 has put in over $6 Million, and Phefo has put in over $5 Million. I wonder if Sipho and Humphrey have ever discussed their exit strategy from KKO over lunch some place nice?
Sipho is also been appointed by President Cyril Ramaphosa to cut red tape and facilitate business investment.
"Sasol chair Sipho Nkosi to head Ramaphosa's new team tasked with cutting red tape for business"

Throw in Mxolisi Mgojo who ran South Africa's Mines Department.
These people are using Talent 10 and Phefo Power as their vehicles to stump up over 11 million dollars to join us as fellow shareholders in KKO.
These guys are South African energy royalty with roles at the peak of government. I would say there are a few names and numbers of "people of influence" in their phones.
If you want to win at chess you need to be at least 3 moves ahead of the one your doing now. Congratulations to the Board of KKO. Starting to look a bit like chess masters to me.
Just my opinions, do your own research of course.
