If you took the time to read the published literature in peer reviewed journals, read the GINA global guidelines for ASTHMA and looked at which device was regularly used by pharma in their clinical trials you might realise at least one of the two devices has been shown to have proven clinical evidence and supports the well established importance of adherance which is one of the main reasons why Astham patients are out of control and suffer from acute astma attacks which can, in some cases prove fatal.
