Which is my point. ADR has never been cheaper, its enterprise value is probably less than $10m, RSH seems to have some investor momentum they can ride on, its an exit for BSM and moves both companies away from being a one trick pony with ADR having a competant platform to link the tech to which, with proven reimbursment - allegedly - for both products makes a way more attractive package, no CEO to worry about on the ADR side and an ADR Board probably desparate to find a way out after 20 years.
Which is my point. ADR has never been cheaper, its enterprise...
